Sept. 12, 2016 between 1:00 am to 2:30 am. Three police officers who did not identify themselves and even inform us for the offenses we have, forced us to be taken in the Intramuros police station using the police vehicle. We were waiting for the proper police process for the violation we have but instead of doing the right process we were humiliated and verbally abused by the two officers who refuses to give their name. i personally asked their names. Instead of answering the query, Officer Jose stated " bastos na ito ah, at bakit mo kailangan tanungin ang pangalan namin?" well if i'm not mistaken that is one of those process that the arresting police should do. Identify themselves and show their badges for identification. i was even gendered discriminated by this officer wearing jacket to cover his name plate. but this officer who's surname is Jose furiously insisting that we were on the wall for sexual acts reasons. I did honestly answered all questions they raised but instead they do inflict that " mga sinungaling kayo eh alam naman namin na alam nyo na chupaan ang lugar na yon" statements though true as per the police officer statements should not be uttered for it shows lack of respect and professionalism. We were not treated well in that police station, as of now am mentally abused. Am wondering how many civilians were treated same way as i suffered from them? as they stated " di lang kau ang nahuli namin don meron pa pito (7) na nauna sa inyo mga studyante. imagine am already 39 years of age humilliated, verbally and mentally abused by those police officers.
Am asking anyone from the rank on what and how should i file an online complain regarding this abuse of authority etc. by those officers. or is it better if i personally go to Camp Crame for the filling? for sure the names of those abusive officers are in the records?
